This real estate website was created from a template
driven design from a company that specializes in real
estate. Lextin was contracted to set up the initial
information and to launch the site. Upon entering
this site, a prospective client will find a listing
of the various homes that are listed with the realtor
as well as a search engine that will give a list of
available homes in the area. The site also features
a simple loan payment calculator, prepayment mortgage
reduction calculator, school information, and Real
Estate news. For a personal touch to this template
drives site, Lextin has added an animated version
of the realtors car at the bottom of her opening page.
